Motivation is a thing that is required at every stage of life. Be it a student preparing for exams or an athlete going for a race.

Everyone needs motivation, but we usually watch videos and get Motivation which doesn’t last long. So, how to stay motivated permanently? This is going to be answered here.

So, Here’s the 5 Ways to stay motivated all the time.

Reason for Motivation:

To be motivated, the reason for Motivation is very important. Why do you want to be motivated? Why are your goals really important to you? Why do you want to become this or that? These are questions which need to be answered.

Do a simple activity-

  1. Take a paper.
  2. Write all your questions there.
  3. Write answers to them.
  4. Write your current feelings.
  5. Make a video for it.
  6. Stick all this to your table.
  7. These things will keep reminding you of your goals.

You can also link your past with it. Any past event like financial strain, insult or any other event that has lit fire inside you.

Surrounding:

Surrounding plays a vital role in the mental health of the mind. Keep yourself surrounded with Positivity. Hang out with positive people. Watch positive videos, listen to optimistic songs, etc.

Surrounding yourself with positive people doesn’t always mean that you will be focused on your goals. Sometimes, meet the people who keep demoralising you. This creates a fire within you to prove them wrong.

There’s a popular saying by Kabirdas, which is attached at the end of this article. This saying is indeed very practical, especially in today’s world.

Relax:

Relaxing is a way forward. Sometimes, taking too much stress can prevent you from working on your plans. So, take a sip of water and start relaxing.

For this, you can do a variety of things. Like, you can start with your hobby- Painting, Music, Dancing, etc. Leave all the stress and enjoy every activity like a small kid. You will find that you are much relaxed. Meditation and Yoga also help. Reciting Om Mantra may  help you heal.

These are some things, which are well accepted and have shown a real positive result. So, just leave all the problems, relax and work on your plans again with the same strong energy.

Content:

Today, a Plethora of Motivational content is available on the internet. Be it videos, audio clips, songs, movies etc.

A huge chunk of quality content can be accessed easily. Just type and you will find 100 pages. But, sometimes these things may get misleading. So, in order to avoid this, you need to find the best content required. For this, first think about what kind of Motivation do you need.

For instance

  1. If you want to be a bodybuilder go for a gym motivation video.
  2. If you want to get fit, go for certain scenes in movies like Bhaag Milkha Bhaag (that’s my personal choice).
  3. If you want Money Motivation, go for Leonardo DiCaprio’s scene of Wall Street, where he motivates others for money.

Not just these, there’s a lot, Believer song is Motivational, and so is Kar Har Maidaan Fateh. So, there is a lot of useful content, you just need to type the apt thing.

Analyse:

A regular analysis is really important for continuous motivation. We get motivated when you all comment and subscribe. Similarly, a monthly analysis will show your growth and your achievements.

  1. Start with a target.
  2. Keep noting your efforts.
  3. Analyse it at the end of Month.
  4. If you have achieved more than you aimed, you will be boosted automatically.
  5. If not, then it is the time to gear up and show what you can do.

We believe you and You should also do. Here, we have a golden story for you, which will guide you.

A Golden Story:

Always remember this story that I am presenting.

Once there was a man who used to sell advice. He took money from people and sold advice. His name was Vikrant.

One fine day, a rich merchant said, “I will give you 100 Gold coins, but you need to give advice as valuable as coins.” Vikrant replied in affirmative. Vikrant wrote his advice on a piece of paper and folded the paper. He gave the folded paper to the merchant and said only open the paper in the Toughest of times. He also added that if he read it some other time, the advice would become invaluable. The Merchant kept the paper and gave Vikrant his coins.

After 2 years, Merchant’s business collapsed and he went bankrupt. One evening, he realised that he had very valuable advice that Vikrant had given him. He unfolded the paper with hope and found a piece of advice written. It said, “If Good Time was not permanent, then Bad Time also won’t be permanent.”

Moral of the Story is that Nothing is Permanent. The reason for your unhappiness is also temporary and will soon go away.

Bottom Line:

It is totally natural to feel down sometimes, but not every time. We also feel the need of motivation, and it is totally acceptable. Just work on your plans and always keep your dreams high. Well dreams reminded me of something. We have a motivational post in our channel. Go and visit it.
